Transcendence by CJ Omololu - I really liked this. I'm not sure how I feel about it being a series though?

Blackwood by Gwena Bond - ROANOKE ISLAND. My newest obsession.

Could Not Finishing Reading:
Hemlock by Kathleen Peacock - this didn't hit me like I wanted it to. I'm not sure why, but it just kind of...bored me.


Review: 
Team Human by Justine Larbalestier and Sarah Rees Brennan - hells to the yeah baby, look all that stuff we keep cursing the MC's for not thinking about in book form!
Silver by Rhiannon Held - Tegs read this...somehow...before me and said it was quite good. Interesting, which I can see from the back cover.

Won or Bought: 
You're So Cool volume 6 - Final volume, which means a series review and a review of the korean movie based on this!
My Fair Concubine by Jeannie Lin  - Asian historical romance w/My Fairy Lady twist? All over it.

Bought at Goodwill (total $20) - my local Goodwill gets a lot of good books and they are really cheap
Any Man of Mine by Rachel Gibson - Folk keep telling me to read her, so all right here I go.
The Magickers Chronicles Volume I and II by Emily Drake - I owned Book 1 of this a while ago, but lost it so w00t
My One and Only by Kristan Higgins - I think I now own ALL her books.
Christmas in Lucky Harbor by Jill Shalvis - I love these books!
The Bachelor List by Jane Feather - I've had this on my wishlist for years, literally.
Foundation and Intrigues by Mercedes Lackey (HC) - its Valdemar so I'll read it, though I have mixed feelings about it.
Beautiful Creatures by Kami Garcia and Margaret Stohl - oh look I finally get to read the book!

Note to the Unwary: I love Halo.  Not because I can play it.  Not because I like shooter games, or aliens or well almost anything else involved in Halo.  I love Halo because it has an awesome expanded universe.  Between Red vs Blue best web series ever. Of all time., the books, the comics, the music and the fandom I love this game despite not playing it.  That is all.
